Awesome post , I have one question. How do you divide the time say I'll work for 8-9 hours only and rest is my time(Family + Hobbies + Pet projects). eg : I like the work I am doing , but I am also getting paid good too and the expectation of my employer is that I should contribute more.Its a unwritten rule I believe that If I am paid more / or I have been tased with some imp. responsibility I'll have to spend more time than traditional working hours.

How do you tackle those?

I like the concept of my own CEO : CEO at 'I' .
