[FR] Leave behind unchecked items, but change the bullet #116

Hi,

I've been using this plugin successfully and I'm quite happy. At this moment I simply delete older items when rolling them over to the current note, but I've found it would be perfect for my usage to be able to simply alter the rolled over item to another kind of bullet instead of deleting it. That way I would keep a log of which items have been planned or had some progress on a given date.

I would love to change them to - [>] (although perhaps some kind of UI to select the checkbox would be perfect). Previous days would have the - [>], current day would have - [ ].

I have seen also a pull request (https://github.com/lumoe/obsidian-rollover-daily-todos/pull/76) to allow another kind of checkboxes to be rolled over, so that combined with this would be perfect for my usage. (Although I understand perhaps my usage is not the usual one)

Nevermind, I have seen that there are another issue (https://github.com/lumoe/obsidian-rollover-daily-todos/issues/48) addressing this. I'm closing this one :)
