Objective-C specific project nature #3

It's likely that an Objective-C nature will be needed to mark a project as an 
Objective-C one 
instead of a pure C or C++ one. This should also drive the availability of some 
ObjC specific build 
requirements such as adding -objc or -x objective-c, as well as libobjc linking.

I've written/committed a nature, but no way of hooking it in and not much to do 
when it goes there.
