Line tool: Shift to lock angle doesn't work after pressing alt #180

Repro:

  1. Open image
  2. Line tool
  3. Drag a line
  4. Press shift, it does the angle lock
  5. Drag a new line
  6. Press alt
  7. Press shift, 🐛 angle lock doesn't work
