Dialogue Gui Improvements

Changes the texture and design of the dialogue gui, with new default button/background textures and an animated sprite of the npc you are talking to

• Consort dialogue sprites are made by Pavizi with edits by Glubtier
• Pawn dialogue sprites are made by Glubtier
• Gui sprite is made by sipherNil with edits by Dweblenod

This PR does not have the new sprites included, but as far as the code goes it is ready to start being reviewed!

Im not seeing any unaddressed comments besides the TODO!

It is still using some placeholder textures, but everything else seems fine by me.

Currently made sprites are now being used, however they have different height/width dimensions which is a problem
