Add blocks to tags, update wood decor textures

• Add fences to wooden_fence tags, to enable connecting with vanilla fences
• Make sure that all walls are added to walls tag
• Add blue dirt and thought dirt to mineable_with_shovel tag
• Updated carved bush, carved door, carved trapped door, and treated door textures (by glubtier)
