A block for teleporting other blocks! A redstone block intended to be used in dungeon settings but which can be obtained in survival.

Block textures are by sipherNil except block_teleport_front.png which is an edited version of block_teleport_side.png by Dweblenod

Made several changes to execute() in BlockTeleporterPacket that should fulfill all of your comments but may not have been how you were envisioning the changes. Let me know if you want more changes!
