Nice job! This looks good.

My comments:

Abilities in 'basics' can be further specified. What are they supposed to be able to do with git on the command line? Maybe change to "Use common git tasks like staging files, committing, pushing, pulling from the command line"
Similar for the second ability in Basics
In Workflows, the abilities are slightly unclear: "Centralized workflow" should become something like "Use and explain the Centralized workflow".

Also, I'd like to see somewhere these abilities:

Display the graph (using some visual tool)
Draw on a whiteboard the differences between squashing a branch, rebasing and then merging and doing the same without squashing. And to explain why one might lead to more conflicts.

Great work! Very concise. Would try to add different resources, not just the git book (although is the "official" source), to provide different ways of learning the skills (otherwise seems like the graph is centered around the book)
