Implement first workshop template (Not Awesome Workshop) #137

Here is the proposal for the workshop template, after merging this and making the same for the other workshops (at least the manifest.json) the next step will be provide the frontend/backend to show them.

@iPlessmann @eamelink you can safely ignore the md files, since they are workshop content.
