Fix username icon (top right) #41

The username icon should match the Google standard icon. It appears shifted down so that it cannot be seen. See attached pictures.

Note that this is not broken on Chrome.

This is apparently solved in paper-avatar 2.0.1, which is for Polymer 2.

Hmmm, in the Polymer-2 branch with paper-avatar 2.0.1, it's still not working properly (although it looks slightly better now), so this needs more investigation.
