I'm just playing around, don't merge.

Improvements:

[ ] Use something off-the-shelf instead of homegrown
- Bootstrap would be nice, but interferes with minima
[ ] Needs to be responsive
[ ] Make the cards colorful, or have a background image for each exercise

Added a cover image feature for exercises (was cherry-picked into the master branch):
