symfony 5 compatible #213

Upgraded the bundle to use current sf5 dependencies, and adressed hopefully all issues.

Unittests are running except four of them, which IMO use hard coded values, my system does not match and travis neither, cause it expects de_CH locale, which i am not having :) I have no idea how they were ever working :angel:

The way i did it is BC breaking for use with sf < 4.3

Any progress on this? This and one more package are currently the reason why I am stack on Symfony 4 so it would be great if we can get this merged and released so I can use a newer Symfony version and higher PHP version.
