Acceptance Criteria

Meeting Completion Detection: After the meeting is concluded, the system should recognize its completion and initiate the follow-up message generation process.

Incorporate Insights: The follow-up message should incorporate insights such as the structured analysis, summary, action items, and participants list generated from the meeting.

Three Variants: The system should present the user with three different versions of the follow-up email, each having a distinct tone or structure.

User-friendly Interface: The proposed email variants should be displayed in a clear and organized manner, allowing the user to easily compare and choose.

Notes

Email generation should be contextually relevant, avoiding generic or irrelevant suggestions. The system should prioritize including critical information like action items and key decisions in the email suggestions.

Out of Scope

Direct integration with email clients for automatic sending.
