Index mega large files. #49

Possibilities:

Option to always index mega large files above IntelliJ two limits (1: editable 2: viewable) (current setting allow to only switch between those two).
Possibility to add file to the list of always indexed mega large files (exclusive list of files that are included indiscriminately).
Possibility to index mega large files at hoc.
