Added basic command line interface using docopt to have macaddress parameter and debug parameter

[x] Debug flag only is a moc for this version

getScreenshot -- utility for takes a screenshot via Bluetooth

Usage:
  getScreenshot  <macaddress> 
  getScreenshot  <macaddress> -s
  getScreenshot -h | --help
  getScreenshot -v | --version

Options:
  -h --help                     Show help screen.
  -v --version                  Show version.
  -s --verbose                  Enable verbose output
  macaddress                    The MAC address of your paired device
