Work with WGBS Data #152

I've looked through the documentation (thank you for such detailed documentation!) and didn't see any mention of it, but does octopus work with WGBS data?

This isn't something we've looked at yet. However, we're hoping to add support for TAPS in the future, so we'll probably consider WGBS at the same time.

Thanks for the response. I figured it was a long shot, but we'll keep an eye out for this functionality in the future!
