corporate calendar support #7

this would be more like a feature request I think.
I can't seem to get icsbot to place calendar invites into my corporate 
calendar, it just defaults to the 
google calendar.  Only thing between me and ultimate productivity!

Yes, It needs to ask what calendar to put the event into
