Please update weibo4j to uses httpclient 4.x instead of httpclient 3.1 #26

Now weibo4j uses httpclient 3.1. qqlogin java sdk uses httpclient 4. The API of 
httpclient 3 and 4 are totally different. Then it is not easy to make weibo4j 
and qqlogin java sdk to work in the same Java web application.

Please update weibo4j to uses httpclient 4.x instead of httpclient 3.1.
