Vihko sidebar can show an outdated local version of a document #581

Repro:

Save a new document in beta (https://beta.laji.fi/project/JX.519/form) as draft
Open that document editing, make any change, but just leave the page without saving
Open a new incognito window
In the incognito window, Log in to the same account you made the document with
Save the document you made in the other window as public

What happens?

In the first window where you made the document, it's shown as a draft still. It should show as a public document.

This is almost certainly the bug that the users have encountered, because

it started happening after the new API was published and it has a different date format than the old API, breaking local/remote document date comparison
I confirmed that at least for the other ticket, the document was saved first as a draft, and then it was saved multiple times on different devices (which have different local versions of the document)
