Sort observations by biogeographical privince order #648

When user sorts observation search result table based on biogeographical provice, use gathering.interpretations.biogeographicalProvince for sorting. (Not it uses gathering.interpretations.biogeographicalProvinceDisplayname, which makes the sort order alphabetic.)
