Make small improvements to laji-map #660

  1. Replace LUKE and SYKE with Luke and Syke in all Laji-map layer names.

  2. Add borders of biogeographical provinces layer to all Laji-map instances (missing at least in PAP)

  3. Hide Barents region -layer from PAP (and other laji-map instances?). It should only be visible in Barents portal.
