Add data summary tables to Bird Point Count forms and result services #37

What is this Epic about?

Page for each document, to allow observer to check their observations and spot errors easily.

Add new tab to the Bird point count result service "Laskennat". List all documents there, and open the table link when clicking an item.

Have two tables:

Heading: Sisällä Table with two columns: species and sum of pair counts Row for each species

Heading: Ulkona Same kind of table as for "Sisällä"

Example tables:

Sisällä: Kiuru 9 Sinitiainen 2 Peippo 9

Ulkona: Kiuru 3 Talitiainen 2 Varis 7

Yes. This is a new feature for bird point count's result service in Vihko.
