As VMI-BIODIV project manager, I want to share aggregated machine observation data to Laji.fi, so that it is available for others to use.

As VMI-BIODIV project manager, I want to share the data to Laji.fi, but have a research embargo first, and then coarse it to 1 km level permanently, so that locations of the permantent measurement sites are not revealed (that could cause biases to the study), and because Luke cannot reveal their study locations.

Start work on how the data sgould be aggregated. Needs expert views: We can organize a startup meeting with experts on the data (bird audio, wildlife camera data, eDNA soil monitoring). Luomus does not receive funding, so we will not do the aggregation. Only provide instructions.

Idea from @MattiSahla , how to handle identifiers when data is updated: when aggregated data is updated, can we archive the old version and point identifiers there? And give new identifiers for the updated data.

Hoe important/urgent is this task? Is it part of a funded project from which we are receiving money and are committed too? Can we add some subtasks?
