Translation:Chinese & Fix table of contents #30

  1. in readme.md "## Multiple files in LaTeX " is missing in the table of contents.
  2. Add file: Translation:Chinese.md
  3. Update ends at 2017.04.12

@SunZZ528 Yes, I believe you are doing it right. I cannot give you comments on Chinese language use, but at least you are doing Git right :+1: It's nice to have your help.

For how to contribute to an opensource project on github, here is a guide : https://akrabat.com/the-beginners-guide-to-contributing-to-a-github-project/ . Also, I got a chinese translation once on another project : https://github.com/VoLuong/Awesome-Linux-Software/blob/master/README_zh-CN.md . If you need help at how to translate English into Chinese correctly, I think it may help.
