Game dies after a few minutes play. #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start the game 
2.play for a few minutes 
3.behaviour starts after about 5 minutes of play

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect game to keep playing.  Dumps to home screen and then is unresponsive
for a while after restarting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.5 from Android Market.
Running on CyanogenMod 4.2.12.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I am unable to reproduce this as of version 1.12.  Recommend installing latest 
version.
