Request that Numpad cell value mode not auto-move to the right #1

Sometimes I forget to turn on the pencil mode when in numpad mode.  It'd be
great to stay in the same cell, instead of having it move to the right, so
I can more easily correct my mistake.

Added option to settings, auto-move is off by default. It will be released in 
0.6.1.
