Hello, we are currently experiencing bandwidth issues on the VThanh server.

It may take a long time to fix it.

Temporarily, I will host some Terrestrial test channels.

Those were provided by Primehome. Unless another source for those channels is found, it is not possible to re-add them back again.

以前あった関西地区・BS・CSチャンネルは、二度と追加されないのでしょうか？ まず、dm-25さんにお伝えしたいのは、 ここのプレイリストをアップされているluongzさんは、配信自体をされている方ではなく、ご自身が直近で把握されているアクセスができるところをプレイリストにしてここへ載せてくれている方なので、あなたがご希望のチャンネルが追加されるかどうかをお聞きするのはナンセンスですよ。 以前までここのプレイリストにあった地上・BS・CSのチャンネルは、最近規制がかかりアクセス不可になった「primehome」のサーバーのものと別系統の「vthanh」のサーバーのもの、以上2系統のみです。 vthanhは在京キー局と一部BS等などのみで、大半のBS・CSチャンネルおよび関西地上波は例の"primehome"のサーバーへのアクセスのみで視聴可能でしたので、primehomeがダメになってしまった以上どこか別のところでアクセスできるところが見つからない限りあきらめましょう。（そもそも、規制がかかる前までのprimeのように、アクセス規制が甘くて抜け穴的にアクセスできてしまうような状況にならない限り無理だと思います） ネットで検索すると、日本のテレビを在外邦人向けに配信している業者は何社かあるようですが、YouTuberの輩たちのせいで、primehome以外もアクセス不可になりかねない現状なので・・・

You should try to contact luongz on Discord and maybe do a PR if you want to suggest the channel.

Even if I share it here, I think it would be better to refrain from posting it publicly, since there is a risk that it will be shared on other SNS and will no longer be available. It has been shared quite a bit on YouTube, and I think many people are watching it here.
