What is changed and how it works?

从上向下修改接口，增加多列信息、Unique信息
IndexMeta与JSON数据的转换
B+树Header记录多列key的type、offset、length、col_idx(用于读取bitmap)等信息，Compactor支持多列比较
普通索引比较，值相同时会比较RID；Unique index不会比较RID

修复Table:insert_record

插入失败，回滚后没有break的错误

修复update_columns

update中途失败回滚旧record时，使用了size_t导致陷入死循环
insert_index操作应该保证原子性插入当前record索引，内部中途失败回滚时，没有遍历已经成功的索引、而是一直对同一个index进行删除索引操作
IndexMeta多列索引场景下，从Json恢复数据时没有遍历字典
