namespacename option #3

Hi,

I've added the namespacename option to the Dokuwiki Dir plugin. If you like it, I'd be happy to have it in the official source.

The new option changes the listing of namespaces from start to the actual name of the namespace.

ie. unix server awstats ...

instead of: start start awstats ...
