Hi @bsonmez, many thanks for the PR and apologies for taking so long to get back to you. The data/rules.json file is updated via the scripts/update-rules.js script, which gets the list from https://publicsuffix.org/list/effective_tld_names.dat

Earlier today I released a new version with the updated list. I hope this helps.
