tried to fix some issues which resolves:

fix #31

Also replace things such deprecated request to use built in fetch in node instead

First all many thanks for sending this PR, and many apologies for not having replied to you earlier.

After a long paude, I am now finally in a postilion to actively maintain this repo again. I've taken your PR into consideration, but since the source on main has changed considerably since this PR was made I decided to start this effort in a new branch. See #325
