Can't drag-rezz rezzed item that where rezzed before selecting even after unrezzing until deselecting and reselecting them. Tested in Firefox and Chrome.
Rezzed state shouldn't affect drag-rezzability, so apart from a missing status update, there probably is an extra rezzed check in the drop region target viability test.
