A failing request for a web font shouldn't prevent a web app from loading, so I've filed radar #23304039.

This should be fixed by making an exception for icloud.com.

Apple has closed my radar as "works as intended", but still fixed the issue in the meantime — iCloud Notes loads even if its web fonts are blocked. A fix in SansFonts is not necessary.
