Support paseto tokens #477

A nice addition would be to also support paseto tokens

Describe the solution you'd like

Same as jwt validation, paseto tokens could be validated. At least https://github.com/o1egl/paseto looks like a fully compliant implementation.

Well, taking a second look, it didn't make to the standard yet, so better leave it alone for now.
