error after installation: CONCRT140.dll is missing #25

After installing BLINGSETUP.EXE on a Windows-10 Virtual Machine, an error message shows up cause CONCRT140.dll has not been found. Did I forget an installation step?

After installing blingsetup.exe again (not on a virtual machine) it works!!
