Frontend improvements (API v2 functionalities) #18

This PR will improve the pasty frontend to use the v2 API and its functionalities (as mentioned in #13).

The following fixes will be implemented:

[x] Line numbers don't line up with the actual lines on some browsers (#15)
[x] Notifications hide behind the footer
[x] Line wrapping looks awful and will be removed again

The following new features will be adopted:

[x] All requests will be made to the v2 API
[x] Pastes will be editable using the modification token (#10)
[x] The paste reporting functionality will be implemented (#12)
