Resolves #255 feature duplicate tab as incognito #268

I set the shortcut to be Alt + B since Shift + B was already taken. Duplicates tab if already in incognito, tries to open duplicated tab in existing incognito window otherwise, creating one if none exist.

This completes the bounty as bountify.co but you haven't gotten paid and it's been a month?
