[FE8] Trainee Seal Not Working #369

Hello, After patch 0.9.3, trainees can no longer promote using the trainee seal item through randomized recruitment. Thank you for your help.

I've just come to comment the same problem. I only randomized the enemy growths on FE8 and my trainees couldn't use the trainee seals, but they promote into tier 1 on the next chapter as they normally would in the vanilla game. Also on version 0.9.3. Haven't tested Ewan but Amelia and Ross could not.
