[FE8] Lords cannot shuffle to Cleric/Priest/Troubadour

When using the randomizer to shuffle character recruitment, it appears that healer classes cannot roll as lords. I generated many seeds (in the ballpark of 100, I think) and it never occurred. Reading through the page I could not see a reason for this, though it may be deliberate and I missed it.

In the case of FE8, Eirika and Ephraim are deliberately locked from being healer classes (priest, cleric, and troubadour). This is actually intentional, though admittedly, a byproduct of starting with FE7 first, as it's easy to get soft locked early in the game if Lyn or Hector become non-attacking classes. The reverse shouldn't be true though. Nothing should be stopping existing healers from becoming the lord class if classes are randomized.
