This is a bit of a cursed setting, but it wasn't too difficult to implement so here we go :D
Adds the ability to randomize the Terrain Bonuses, i.e. Avoid / Def / Res / Healing / Status recovery. Also an option to keep basic tiles like plains (i.e. ones that in vanilla have no effects) the same as they usually are.
Most of the backend groundwork for Movecost Randomization is also laid, I just thought it would be absolutely not enjoyable so I didn't make it accessible for now. Might be wrong ofcourse.
