Add Azure and Google Drive compatibility #17

It would be nice if this could talk to the Azure storage and also Google Drive. No idea how to implement these, but they should be command line driven, but secrets in a config file or environment variables.

There are no plans to support these. One of the reasons I created this application is because I found general-purpose file transfer software difficult to use.
