change the function sinteticoReport() to check the list of PUBLIC libraries provided by JBoss EAP 6.x #1

Would be nice change the buildReport.sh 1 sinteticoreport() function to check the list of libraries provided by JBoss according to this KBase 2. The libraries classified as PUBLIC in that list should be highlighted in the final report.
