Add ruby 3.2 to native extensions and tests #135

The only failure is:

ERROR:  Error installing pkg/expressir-1.2.8-x86_64-linux.gem:
    expressir-1.2.8-x86_64-linux requires Ruby version >= 2.7, < 3.2.dev. The current ruby version is 3.2.2.

I think this is due to Tebako not supporting Ruby 3.2 yet? Ping @maxirmx
