Add support for "plain" model files (without diagrams) #83

New model file type supposed to be used with renders other than diagram type and as an include file. This will be a new file extension, proposed name - lutamlm. The file itself should be parsed with lutaml-uml and support all entities except for diagram.

How about:

LMM for LutaML Model
LMD for LutaML Diagram or LMV for LutaML View

They're not used in IANA MIME types.

Sounds good to me. What about backward compatibility? Old extension lutaml will be used for diagram files?
