The road table does not have populated roadname(en/cy/gd) fields. In my sample of 73k records I only have 6 records with a value in one of the roadname fields. Using Loader I get 7395 records with a road name and/or number.
The road numbers are also not present in the road table.
These fields are useful when creating routes and driving directions.
