Plot all time series for a centre point of a cell if it is averaged from links #488

For some model outputs, we calculate the velocity by averaging the links from neighbouring cells (https://github.com/lutraconsulting/MDAL/pull/400#issue-1114330556). It will be good to have an option to display all the velocity on links for the time series.
