Allow to work with FirstAid plugin #21

Problem is that both plugins hook the showException, so last one wins for now

It seems to me that to solve this issue, we need to fix it in the first-aid plugin Loading of the plugins is pretty much random.

A) if first-aid plugin is loaded before report-plugin, everything works OK B) if report plugin is loaded before fist-aid, first-aid plugin removes report-plugin hook.

In both cases, if first-aid plugin reloads report-plugin (if found in active-plugins), it would solve the issue @wonder-sk ?
