Document writable raster formats? #10

A quick test suggests that Serval doesn't update .asc (AAIGrid) format grids, seems to be working fine with equivalent .tif grid. It would be good to document this. Thx for the tool - fills an important gap.

You can find it here: https://gdal.org/drivers/raster/

With the exception of VRT driver format. We can't really modify the underlying rasters.
