[Feature] Show/hide Serval toolbars #35

Feature which could be nice to have (low priority)

Currently, in Plugins -> Serval, there is a "Show Serval Toolbars" which is nice.

It could be nicer if this action switch to "Hide Serval Toolbars" if these toolbars are enabled.
