runner: replace DOSBox-ECE by DOSBox-staging #123

objective: replace DOSBox-ECE Lutris runner by DOSBox-staging: https://github.com/dosbox-staging/dosbox-staging This project has the same features as ECE version and has a Github page where we can report potential bugs.

@strider asked me to complete this task. but I have not enough of time to do that and I don't know yet how to do that.

If someone wants to contribute on this new feature before me?

We are now using Dosbox Staging.
